If you're reading this, you're probably curious about what we’re building here, and more importantly, why.
Let's kick-off by saying this: it’s not about the AI.
Yes, I work with AI. Yes, I use it to speed things up, write smarter, design better, analyze, deconstruct, code and launch faster. And I am pretty proud about it too. But the heart of Antrepreneurs isn’t technology — it’s transformation. It’s not about the tool. It’s about what the tool enables.
For the past 12+ years, I’ve worked remotely, in my own agency, in teams, even client-side across all kinds of creative and digital projects. I’ve seen chaos, pressure, the endless cycles of overwork and boredom. And I’ve also seen the magic that happens when small ideas are given the right environment, the right mindset, and yes, sometimes the right automation.
So no, it’s not about the AI.
It’s about the goals that can be achieved when the boring stuff gets handled faster.
It’s about the results that improve when creative minds are free to actually think.
It’s about the freedom to do the fun stuff, whether that’s launching something new, or just having dinner with your kids without checking Slack/Teams/Whatsapp.
...the heart of Antrepreneurs isn’t technology — it’s transformation. It’s not about the tool. It’s about what the tool enables.
I started Antrepreneurs because I believe there’s a better way to run businesses. Especially small, local, creative ones. We don’t need to scale like Silicon Valley — we need to work smarter, more connected, and make our businesses work for us, not the other way around. Especially in these times, we should focus on our own strengths— here in Belgium, in Antwerp — instead of constantly looking across the ocean. Having lived the life in Colombia, this should mean something...
My goal is to help entrepreneurs (and intrapreneurs) in Antwerp and beyond to kickstart their ideas faster, build with better tools, and automate the repetitive stuff—so they can focus on what really matters: storytelling, selling, shipping, and enjoying the ride.
The cowork space is part of that story. It's about community, sure, that community needs to be built yet, but it's a start with a decent backpack filled with digital tools. It's about having a place where ideas can bump into each other. Where people actually look forward to Mondays again. And yes, it's about the smell of good coffee, the weird conversations during lunch time, and maybe some disco lights and smoke machines now and then.
Antrepreneurs is also to become a community, and a mindset.
It’s for people who are done with overthinking and ready to start doing.
It’s for people who are curious, open to new tools, but grounded in human goals.
It’s for people like you — and maybe even someone like me, ten years ago, who just needed a push, a space, and a little spark.
Let’s stop worrying about whether the AI will take our jobs, can we?
It will. In a way. So we better be prepared for what's coming.
I suggest we start thinking about how AI can help us build better jobs & solutions.
