If you’ve followed me even a little, you might’ve asked yourself: “Why launch another agency now?”
Short answer: because too many businesses are still standing on the sidelines — while the world is already sprinting ahead. Not everyone likes hearing that — but that’s exactly how I see it. And it’s why I decided to set up Antrepreneurs.
Over the last 25 years now, I’ve been working in digital across agencies, startups, corporates, solo projects and now, again, on my own terms. Throughout that time, one thing became very clear: digital is still not treated as a core part of doing business. Not in strategy, not in planning, and definitely not in execution. That’s just crazy. And that gap is exactly why I launched Antrepreneurs.
What many still underestimate is the indirect impact of digital across every corner of a business. It’s not just about communication or marketing anymore — it touches finance, HR, operations, legal, even how deals are made or broken. Your next client won’t ask for a paper quote; they’ll expect a link and a live preview. Your next competitor might not have a storefront — just sharper automation. And what about the next bank robbery? It won’t involve a mask and a van. It’ll be a spreadsheet, a breached password, or some poor, proudly-written custom code that introduced a security gap no one thought to patch.
It's now or never (for many businesses)
Digital used to be a “nice to have.” I remember people saying, "wow it's already 3% of our business, then 10%, then 15, then 30%...” Today, it’s the bare minimum for sales, branding, marketing, customer service & satisfaction, HR inbound, etc.
The irony? Even in 2025, many entrepreneurs, freelancers, and even solid SMEs are still unsure how to sell online, or how to build a proper digital presence. I’ve had business owners ask me how to launch a simple webshop, how to get paid online, how to automate email flows, or how to even show up in search results — “because SEO is a thing now,” they said.
Truth is, it's not about knowing every tool — it’s about thinking digital by default.
Today, AI is accelerating like a rocket 🚀 — and with it, the urgency for businesses to adapt. I’ve gone deep into practical usage of AI because it’s allowed me — and my clients — to do more with less, if you get it right. And I’m going to borrow a line from a sharp 20-year-old student: “You can’t be competitive anymore without being into digital workflows powered by AI.”
The problem? Some people dump a prompt into an LLM and expect magic. It’s like throwing a sandwich at an employee* without context. That’s not strategy — that’s hope. Hope for change. And hope’s for losers. Just like luck. “Good luck!” they say. Sure, it’s meant well, but sometimes there’s no luck involved — so you better do the work, catch up, and walk that extra mile.
*Yes, we once had a client’s CEO literally throw a sandwich across the meeting room — but that’s a story for another time.
The goal is not trying to be another glossy cooler-than-cool digital agency with a ping-pong table. Not to compete with ten-person pitch teams that deliver 50-page decks. But to help people — starters, independents, project teams, even execs — move forward smarter and faster, with affordable digital tools that actually work.
Oh, and not everyone’s ready to hear that. But that's fine.
So… why e-commerce?
E-commerce is the first real frontier where digital meets business. You sell something. You receive payment. You deliver value. It’s clear, it’s measurable, and it’s scalable — when done right. And yet, for many businesses, that step is still fuzzy. Platforms, payments, products, photos, description, shipping — it can feel overwhelming in the beginning.
Antrepreneurs was launched to simplify that landscape and help you launch faster — without breaking the bank. When I see what some competitors charge their clients, even for a cancelled meeting, and I’m like: you can do that once… but you’ll be a d!ck for life.
And what about that AI? Isn’t it just hype?
I get this question all the time. And I’m like, keep your mind open, please. Because no, it’s not hype. It’s a shift — one of the biggest we’ve seen since the birth of the internet itself.
The internet grew from static brochure pages to full-on business ecosystems. And I’ve never seen change move this fast. What felt “cutting edge” a year ago is now basic functionality. This is the wave — and while most people are still reading headlines, the smart ones are already building. I must admit that nights haven’t been the same since the end of 2023 when GenAI went public with that first release of ChatGPT.
AI is a shift — one of the biggest we’ve seen since the birth of the internet itself.
But the real opportunity is in learning how to collaborate with AI — not fear it. Which tools can connect, what workflows are being set up. How to use it to save time, write better, think faster, and move forward without burning out. That’s also what I teach. Not hype. Not theory. But practical skills anyone can start applying the next day.
Why another agency? Because this one is different.
Antrepreneurs isn’t a hype machine. It’s a digital kickstart agency and AI academy built for clarity, speed, and results that actually land. From first-time founders to seasoned leads, we work with people who want to move — not overthink.
We run workshops. We build e-commerce setups. We train people to make AI work for them — not the other way around. And yes, all of it happens in a real (tiny) coworking space, right in the heart of Antwerp.
If you're still wondering when to start — now's the moment. This digital wave isn't coming. It's already here. And if you missed the train once, don’t miss this one.
