Hello everyone,
First of all, thanks to all the invitees who joined for the Official Opening Night of Antrepreneurs on Thursday March 21, 2025. It was an absolute honor to see so many people from different backgrounds come together — even if it meant a bit of strategic squeezing...
Reconnecting with familiar faces from a long ago, while also catching up with recent collaborators, colleagues, and friends. I am especially grateful to welcome some of my former employers and co-workers who’ve played such a big role in this journey (and now they know ;-). It’s amazing how a small, local network can spark new introductions and unexpected conversations.
Now… a few lighter notes from the night:
I’ll be honest—I’ve lost track of who brought what, but a huge thank you for the plants, flowers, bottles, beers, and all the hugs. While the evening was officially supposed to end at 9:30 PM… we somehow closed up shop around 1:30 AM. The fire alarm even decided to join the party, triggered by the combo of disco lights and a smoke machine...
A big shout-out to EMEkitchen for the delicious food — gracias Emelis, both as my partner and as the now-to-be-booked private chef (yes, she’s available for events). Also, a special thanks to David from Sud-Antwerp - wines & more, for keeping everyone happily hydrated with great wine. Definitely try his wine "Le MAS" if you want to be impressed.
And finally, to friends and family: even if you're still not entirely sure what I actually do for a living, your support means the world. Thank you for making time to be there.
Your presence, your gifts, and your conversations turned a simple opening into something unforgettable. I’m fully charged with positive energy and excited for what’s next.
